Resolution made by the House of Assembly (unnamed state) requesting that the governor purchase two hundred rifles and two artillery pieces for the state militia during the War of 1812. Appropriates funds for the purchase. The order was made by someone named James (last name illegible). Tithon (possibly not the correct spelling of his name) was the clerk.
