Lists officers and soldiers under the command of Captain Samuel Page as a part of the 11th Massachusetts Regiment stationed at Valley Forge as of April 7, 1778. The 11th Massachusetts was a par of Patterson's Brigade. Four Sergeants, Three "Corprels", Twenty-Seven Privates, and One Drum & Fife Boy are listed. The document is signed by Captain Samuel Page and Lieutenant John Foster and dated to April 7, 1778. The document is docketed on verso.
