Provides further instruction on what Jones needs to do to be reimbursed by the government. Also instructs Benjamin Bartlett to do the same for his losses.

Notes that the schooner weighed 116 tons, was mounted with two guns, and operated with a crew of fifteen men. Numbered 68. Issued shortly before the War of 1812 when the nation was still under the Embargo Act.
