Written by Bonner, a Manhattan Project scientist and present-day professor emeritus of chemistry at the State University of New York. At the time this note was written, Bonner was Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Association of Manhattan Project Scientists. Begins with a struck note to Dr. Rosenberg, possibly Lawson Rosenberg, who worked on the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos, New Mexico. The note states: "This is it.
