Title: Monies outlaid by the Treasury to agents in New York

Weaver asserts that the only monies distributed by the Treasury to governmental agents in New York was £500 to William Ashurst, and that Robert Livingston should submit a claim for that amount to the coffers of the late Earl of Bellomont.
