Title: List of monies, turned over to Capt. T. A. Walker, Superintendent of Freedmen, West Tennessee, on account of the Freedmen's Department.

Partially printed. Timmons certifies that he has turned $20 over to Captain Walker "for rent of two rooms in Shelby Street School house from 10th Febry to 9th March 1865." Served as one month's rent.
