Title: to Aaron Hobart

Judge Thomas informs Hobart that Benjamin Hobart has requested an appeal but did not file a document on time. States it is not appropriate to issue a "warrant for decision," therefore regular court is scheduled at Caleb in Plymouth. Also mentions he "will take $3" and adjust the fee with Hobart later.

Judge Thomas asks Hobart to inform a widow that her hearing has been "postponed to the first Monday in June" because, according to Paul Perry, there was "no person appearing for the widow, at the March Court in Situate."
