A thank you letter from Andrea Seastrand, the House representative for California's twenty second district, to Moorhead for his support for H.R. 3415. The act would temporarily repeal the 4.3 cent per gallon gas tax increase in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993. This letter is on Seastrand's House of Representative stationary.
