Signed by Zechariah Thayer. Signed as witnesses by Jeremiah Thayer and Eleazer Thayer. Empowers his friend Samuel Leonard of Raynham to act for him in meetings of the owners of the "old ironworks (so called) in Raynham" during Thayer's lifetime. Quincy attests the document and signs as justice of the peace.
