Title: to Blanche Kelso Bruce

Piles would like Senator Bruce to know that he is interested in the position of Post Master of Greenville. However he is only interested if Dr. Young is unable to pay his bond for the position. This paper is very fragile along the folds and in some places the paper has torn along these folds.

Piles is writing to Senator Bruce to request the Post Master position at Greenville when it becomes vacant he is also asking if the Senator received any previous letters he sent since there was no response from the Senator.
