1743/12
Leyborne & Stubbs
Letter
Title: to Robert Livingston, Jr. re: demand for corn, flour, and stove pipes
Preceded by a copy of a letter from December 1743, in which Leyborne & Stubbs write that they have not had any luck in selling Robert, Jr.'s wheat and corn, since prices are so low and there is such a great overabundance. In their current letter, Leyborne & Stubbs state that corn is still sold at a low price, but they expect a heightened demand for flour and stove pipes. Docketed on address leaf.
