Writes "I have spent near about Eight years in the service of my Country, and for the Service have Received Sundry Securities which as yet do me but very little good... For the want of some payments, or only the Interest on those Securities I am unable to enter into any business- By means of wounds received in Battle and Imprisonment with the Enemy I am Rendered incapable of Labour..." Docket notes "answered verbally."
