She emphasizes that it is of the utmost importance to utilize impeachment for Nixon otherwise that function of government fails to be useful for future Presidents. The author insists that Moorhead follow through with Constitutional law and writes, "If he goes free we are giving every future president carte blanche to do as he damn well pleases."
