Title: to Henry Knox

Reports that on doing his rounds of artillery guard duty at the grand battery, he came across two men claiming to be members of the artillery named Archibald Thomson and Robert McFalls. Johnson believes they are imposters. Johnson was a lieutenant in the New York artillery regiment.
