Title: [Hutchinson's deposition regarding the theft of slaves] [fragment]

Location inferred from content. Hutchinson relates the theft of slaves by a group of armed men in Montgomery County, Texas, 1847. Hutchinson claims a group of men with Mr. Stoneum stole slaves from the Fowler plantation "by force of arms." First and last pages are written on quarter sheets. Second-fifth pages numbered 19-22; portion of a larger court document.
