Title: [Recommendation for an appointment for Eleazer L. Sarsons and certification of his service in the New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry]

On the right hand side of the page, Lieutenant Colonel Parker recommends Sarsons for a lieutenancy in the colored regiment. On the right side Adjutant General Nathaniel Head, written from Concord, New Hampshire and dated 18 October 1765, recounts and attests to Sarson's service. Written on a blank account form.
