Also asks for clarification on other details regarding Knox's property. Title: [Deed on Brigadiers Island]

A deed of sale for Brigadiers Island (present day Sears Island) in the Bay of Penobscot in present-day Maine. The deed is from William Griffin, Nathan Griffin, William Staples, Alexander Young, Jotham Staples, and Thomas Pendleton to Henry Knox. The island is between 700 and 800 acres of land and is being sold to Henry Knox for ten shillings to each party. The deed is signed by each party, excluding Knox.
