Title: [Land indenture for four tracts in Livingston County, Kentucky]

Signed by David Fort and countersigned by J.V. House and Jesse Ramage, Jr. as witnesses. Sold for $6,500 by Fort to Enoch M. Duley. Outlines the location of the tracts, which together comprised approximately 571 acres. An autograph note signed by James W. Cade as county clerk indicates the sale was recorded on 19 November 1855. Includes a smaller, loose page with a map of the four tracts.
