Title: The Negroes in a Soviet America
This pamphlet seeks to answer two questions, "What is the relation of the Negroes in the United States to this rapidly changing world? They are now living through one of the most trying times in their history. What is the way out?" The forward goes on to explain that the minimum desires of the population are a decent and secured livelihood, the rights of human beings, and an equal, honorable and respected status in public and social life.
