Notes that his Uncle Waldo recently died, bequeathing his Falmouth property to "the children of his older Brother" and appointing Samuel and Isaac Winslow as executors of the remainder. Discusses family matters, mentioning a brother, Mrs. Urquhart (possibly his sister Hannah.)

Noted written from St. Kitts which is a nickname for St. Christopher.

Indicates that Isaac Winslow and Thomas Flucker are acting as attorneys and signed the names of some of the heirs. Also signed by John Dennie and one other party whose signature is illegible. Notes that the Superior Court of Massachusetts granted the authors, as surviving executors of Brigadier General Samuel Waldo's estate, the power to sell lands of Waldo's to pay his debts. The present deed documents the sale of a land lot to Richard Clarke in exchange for a particular sum of money. Signed on behalf of Francis Waldo, Isaac Winslow, and Thomas Flucker, as well as by Samuel Quincy and Increase Sumner Jr. as witnesses. Below the signatures is a note declaring that Enoch Freeman copied the above on or about 29 April 1786; Enoch Freeman also signs the note.…

Title: [Renting the estate of Isaac Gridley]

As mortgagee of Gridley's estate, Thomas Flucker of Boston issues this official document renting out the estate to Admiral John Montagu for an annual sum of eighty pounds. Montagu was then Commander-in-Chief of the North American station. Flucker's original signature has been cut out but a later one appears in a note below the original. The document was signed in the presence of William Bennett and one other man (name illegible).

Consent to slight alterations in their agreement. Signed by both Flucker and Palmer. A note on the bottom, dated 20 February, 1770, in Boston, declares that "The above continuation of our partnership is wholly settled this Day" and is signed by Palmer.

Partial copy of an agreement between Samuel Marshall, a fisherman living in Lincoln County, Maine, and Thomas Flucker. Marshall asserts that although he has built a log house and fence on a portion of land on the east side of St. George's River, he lays no claim of ownership on the house or land. Signed on behalf of Flucker and Marshall, as well as Henry Laughton and Francis [Skinner] as witnesses. Attested to be a true copy by Samuel Winslow.
