Title: Ordnance report of the siege train commanded by Colonel R.O. Tyler 1st Conn Arty
Reports on the performance of Tyler's artillerymen during the siege of Yorktown. States that "The guns placed in position before York Town exceeded by 50 percent any guns that had ever before been placed in Siege batteries" ever in world history, and details how this was accomplished. Discusses transportation and use of artillery during the seige, and suggests future improvements. States "The labors of the 1st Conn.
