Record of the case of McCulloch, a man being held in the Baltimore County jail for not being able to pay his debts. McCulloch agrees to give up any personal possessions to cover the debt. Lists his possessions and his creditors. Details the proceedings of the case. Signed by Dorsey as the Chief Judge of the sixth Judicial District of Maryland and Chief Justice of the Baltimore County Court.
