Title: To Philip Schuyler

This is a letter discussing the return of John Jay, to the United States. It also mentions the possibility of Jay taking position in the government. Cooper insist that Jay is about to sail back, if he has not already left, and tells Schuyler to not listen to those that say Jay will not be returning until the treaty is signed.
