One pamphlet prepared by Samuel S. Wyer, Consulting Engineer from an original 175 paged report presented to President Harry S. Truman on October 29, 1947. The pamphlet covers various injustices committed such as lynching, censure, police brutality, discrimination in various aspects of life. Also include are actions to be taken to ensure civil rights for all, as well as a list of an individual's civil rights.
