This document contains three seperate letters written to Jacob Bailey. The first is a letter from Robert and Maley Bayley to their son informing him of their troubles, including the loss of their cattle and their subsequent inability to pay for bread until the corn crop becomes ready to sell. The second letter is from John Bayley to his brother Bailey inquiring about his health and asking Jacob Bailey to write to him.
