Telling Knox that Isaac Winslow and other family members who are attempting to sell Knox a large share of the Waldo patent cannot give Knox "a clear title" to the land at present. This is because of two issues. The first concerns difficulties related to Winslow's inheritance of the property from Francis Waldo's estate. The second is the fact that one of the relatives now appears unwilling to sell their portion of the estate. However, believes there are ways to rectify these difficulties.
