Addressed to Weedon at Moorstown (possibly Moorestown, New Jersey). On address leaf, includes a note indicating that this letter should be allowed to pass to Moorstown, by order of General Greene.

Fremont, who was active in the Radical Republicans, a group of hard-line abolitionists upset with Lincoln's position toward slavery. Demands that the Tribune insert a correction and print what was said as per the official report of the proceedings of the Society.
