Copy of an extract of the report on court of inquiry on allegations of murder and misconduct against British troops by Colonel David Henley, American commander of the Prospect Hill barracks. Says the court has decided that based on evidence offered by General John Burgoyne, commander of the captured British Convention Army, a court martial is necessary.
