An expansion of Livingston's original tract of land at the Roeloffe Johnsons Kill to add an additional 600 acres of land (these being adjacent to the furthest expanse of the Province of New York on the border with Connecticut, but not adjacent to his previous grant of land) for an annual rent of eight shillings. Title: Land patent for Robert Livingston

A reiteration of the two previous grants of lands given to Livingston, with the words "all which several tracts or parcels of Land lying together." As the two parcels of land as granted were not adjacent, the connection of these masses of land created a property almost 200,000 acres in size. The granting of these lands together created a "Lordship and Manor," and the entire annual rent remained at twenty-eight shillings. Written at Fort James (formerly Fort Amsterdam)

Shows that Philip Schuyler and Robert Livingston, "Commissioners for the City of Albany," have paid £300, in the form of both money and Beaver pelts, to Thomas Dongan "on account of the Charter granted to the City of Albany." Also contains the signature of Brandt Schuyler.

Title: Account of provisions and beer delivered to the forces at Albany

An account book, itemizing the recipients of all the provisions delivered to the garrison at Albany by Livingston (who held the office of victualer to the garrison at the time) and to the Indians of the region, also by Livingston (who also held a post on the Board of Indian Commissioners). The provisions included such items as pork, bread, peas, beef and beer. Included, between pages 7 and 8, is a signed bond by Jon Van Loon for 219 guilder, dated 21 February 1719 [in Dutch].
