Graham asks for advice on how to deal with his brother; should he be apprenticed to a merchant or be set up with room and board in Albany? Nicolls notes that he understands the discontent of the inhabitants of Albany due to orders sent up by the Council. He also mentions a debt of two beavers due to him and some other financial matters, and concludes by assuring Livingston that he may depend upon him.
