Samuel and Francis are commissioned to sell any lands Lucy and Hannah inherited in the county of Lincoln, in Massachusetts (present-day Maine). Signatures have been clipped.

Complete title is "Lots drawn by Thomas Flucker Esqr. in the partition of the Estate of Brigr Genl S. Waldo lying in the Town of Falmouth, made amongst his Heirs 1765." The first portion of the document contains a numbered list of land lots. The second portion of the document, written in the same hand as the first, is labeled "Notes by Samuel Winslow Esqr. Septemr 1797." Contains a variety of notes pertaining to the lots. Several notes are added in the same hand and dated as late as 1799.

Partially printed. Documents that the children of Brigadier General Samuel Waldo, and their spouses, have sold Anthony Dyer a particular tract of land from the Waldo patent lands. Also signed by Rebekah Winslow and S. Danforth. S. Danforth writes a note on back about the document. Signatures are partially torn.
