If they do not receive clothing, Knox fears they will leave their posts, which will in consequence "greatly injure us especially in the repair of arms." Appears to be a draft. Attests that Garanger was a Captain of the French Bombardiers before he joined the Continental Army. "Captain Garanger has manifested an ardent Zeal to be employ'd in actual services but has not been so fortunate as to have it gratified on a large scale."
