References Knox's letter of 21 November. Reports that William Knox "wants as much care & attention paid to him as a Child, as he certainly is unable to govern or conduct himself." Says the 10 proprietors met last Thursday. Reports that Joseph Peirce represented Knox. He told the group that Knox would be in Boston in May. Makes reference to taxes and bonds. Says it would pleasing to manage Knox and Bingham's interests in either Maine or Europe.
