The quote reads, "We are fighting for the right of men to live together as members of one family rather than as masters and slaves. It is our promise to extend such brotherhood earthwide which gives hope to all the world. The war makes the appeal of Brotherhood Week stronger than ever." This is a bound volume of a monthly magazine called the Analectic Magazine. Each issue contains reviews, original works, and poetry. Some issues contain domestic or foreign literary, or scientific information. The first printing of the Star - Spangled Banner is found on page 433, and contains the four verses. The inside front cover of the book has a book plate with the name of Justin Turner, and a image of Lincoln Jefferson and Washington on top of a copy of the declaration. This document is a newspaper that was found stuffed in the frame of 05860.01 when that document was being removed from the mount and frame. It is a newspaper from a 1921 release of The New York Herald. Topics covered include international economic relations,advertisments for loan and banking companies, various economic updates, an article about two girls traveling through Ellis Island, and local news. Newspaper is badly worn, wrinkled, dry, and folded unevenly. It was originally labeled as "Bonus item".

She mentions seeing the Aleutian Islands after many days at sea, and says a few days later they started to see the coast of Japan. She relays that Bobby came to see Leonard and Charley and Raymond asked about him. Throughout the letter Susan mentions how tired she is and that she does not feel well.
