Comments on a bill in Parliament to exempt New York and other colonies under British control during the American Revolution from the law. Instructs him to continue trade in accordance with a recent proclamation in hopes that it will "prevent the Inhabitants suffering any Inconvenience." Signed "Geo. Germain." Written from Whitehall.
