Title: [Opinion on the inheritence of Mrs. Hannah Flucker's estate]
Written in two hands. The first section, apparently in Knox's hand, outlines the lines of ownership and inheritance related to Mrs. Hannah Flucker's estate: declares that upon the death of Mrs. Hannah Flucker (the mother of Lucy Knox), half of the estate went to the Captain Thomas Flucker (Lucy's brother) and his heirs, one quarter went to Mrs. Hannah Urquhart Harwood (Lucy's sister) and her heirs, and one quarter went to Lucy.
