Stanton wrote this telegram in Washington and it was transcribed by the American Telegraph Company in New York.

Wants Pierrepont to prosecute Horace Greeley for what Stanton sees as Greeley's attempt to incite others to murder him. Stanton wrote this telegram in Washington and it was transcribed by the American Telegraph Company in New York.

Docket states "Jn Moodys Bill part."
