Account of supplies, weaponry, and ammunition recieved by Company "I" 7th Regiment Rhode Island Volunteers in May of 1864. Items are all on hand for Company use at the time of the report. Items include bootees (for infantry), rubber ponchos, knapsacks, haversacks, canteens, axes, camp kettles, mess pans, camp hatchets, hatchet handles,drum heads and snare, shelter tent pieces, and various bookkeeping supplies for clerical purposes. This document provides an inventory and description of Ordnance reviewed by E.L Raymond, who is the Division Inspector. The items reviewed (Enfield rifled muskets, Springfield rifled muskets, bayonet scabbards, a cartridge box, andseveral pouches) were all deemed "unserviceable". It was concluded that they were either "To Be Repaired" or "To Be Dropped" by the Company. Captain Ethan A. Jenks signs off as the Commanding Officer of the Company. Docketed on verso.

He informs Estelle that he has been made train quartermaster for the company's next move.
