Title: [Notes on dried concentrate for lemonade] [Incomplete]
Possibly a note written to himself. States in part, "Suppose we introduce the assid and the esence of Lemon and Sugar and then cut the slabs a little thicker and dry them the whole length of cooler so that the art[?]al will only require soaking and dissolving for use. It could then be put up in roles [sic] or squares just the size for a quart." Bottom half of the page is missing.
