Captain Dumaresq acknowledges receipt of £500 from Fritch for a house and tract of land. Cosigned by Phillip's wife Susanna. Countersigned by Samuel Tyby and Gabriel [LeBlond?], witnesses. Samuel Sewall, Jr., justice of the peace, signs a note at the bottom of page two written 8 December 1729 in Boston, Massachusetts. Sewall attests that Phillip and Susanna signed the document by their own "free act." Samuel Gerrish, a registrar, signs a note on page three written 27 September 1735 in Boston, Massachusetts. Henderson attests that he became a settler on the Eastern part of Massachusetts Bay in 1728. Took up a lot of land on St. George's, a colony of which Colonel [Samuel] Waldo was the proprietor, in 1735. Moved to Lincoln (present-day Maine) in 1736 then Leverett (present-day Massachusetts).
