Title: Answer to the proposition of Henry Coursey and Philomen Lloyd
Record of the proceedings held between the Onondagas, Oneidas, Mohawks, and Cayugas over the course of a few days. During these proceedings, the Indians apologize for the actions of other northern Indians, and state their desire to maintain peace and friendship with all Christians. The document also records the various peace offerings that the Indians made in an effort to apologize for the murders and robberies that were committed.
