Typed letter signed
Title: to Robert D. Moran
A typed letter from Senator John F. Kennedy to Robert D. Moran dated May 14, 1957. Kennedy is writing to Moran in response to a letter concerning the minimum voting age. Kennedy believes that the matter of voting age should continue to be determined by the individual states. He writes that he has met many people below the age of 21 who would be as well qualified to vote as they would be in a few years. Kennedy thanks Moran for writing and assures him that his views on legislative questions are always welcome. Moran is the president of the Young Republican Club of Springfield, Massachusetts.
