Prints a scriptural parody critical of the Stamp Act (p. 1), a letter "from a North-American, now on the Island of Barbados" passionately denouncing the Stamp Act (p. 2), an extract from a letter from London claiming Benjamin Franklin had assured Parliament that the repeal of the act would relieve tensions, and another extract on the fate of nations and liberty (p. 3). Also contains many advertisements. Benjamin Edes and John Gill, the publishers of the Boston Gazette, were members of the anti-British faction in Boston.

Provides a complete printing of Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address (page eight), preceded by a full printing of Edward Everett's address, also delivered 19 November 1863 in dedication of the Gettysburg National Cemetery, located in Pennsylvania. Includes articles on women and work, Napoleon III of France, and various Civil War battles among other topics. This newspaper is fragile, with several areas of discoloration and several tears in the creases.

Includes a proclamation issued by George Washington, stating that "certain lawless and wicked persons, of the western frontier, in the state of Georgia, did lately invade, burn and destroy, a town belonging to the Cherokee nation ... such outrageous conduct not only violates the rights of humanity, but also endangers the public peace." Offers a reward for apprehension of the criminals. Contains articles regarding foreign and domestic affairs.

Reports acts to regulate trials and elections, as well as parliamentary speeches and business. Advertisements include book publications, real estate, and epitaphs. A postscript fills the back page of this London newspaper detailing the Boston Massacre. An editorial insinuates that the Massacre was in fact premeditated, and could have been prevented by a single, active magistrate. In reality, jealousies and misinterpretation ensued.
