The document outlines Elisabeth Noble's sale of a tract of land in Connecticut to Philip Livingston. Signed by both Elisabeth Noble and Philip Livingston. This is followed by a statement renewing the indenture, 26 May 1735, signed by George Wyllys, Secretary. Docketed on p.4.
