Coddaire writes that he is in England probably on leave and he went to the seaside yesterday, and then went to a tea room for tea and cakes. He says that they created a furor on the bus ride as they handed out choclate to the kids and were nearly mobbed. He also mentions that he got two packages from her with chocolate and plum pudding. Coddaire also mentions going to the movies, and that he has been running movies in one of the classrooms. He mentions Eddie Roe who has a job in Washington.
