Notes that nine men recently returned from captivity in Canada and on their way to Pennsylvania received six days worth of rations. A total of 54 rations were delivered. Note on verso signed by B. Washburn and John Allington (Allington used an "X" for his mark) states the rations were delivered by contractors.
