He is disappointed that Bishop backed out at the last minute, and frustrated with Blackham for persistently thwarting his efforts. Robert implores William to help him out of the matter. With a letter on p.3 to Robert Livingston from Isaac Gav[risson] and D. Minvielle, 13 May 1706. Isaac apologizes for Robert's recent troubles, states that he looks forward to seeing him soon.
