This document provides an inventory and description of items reviewed by Lieutenant Colonel R.C. Mitchell near Annapolis, Maryland. The items reviewed (knapsacks, haversacks, canteens, and shelter tent pieces) were all deemed either "unserviceable" or "worn out". It was concluded that they were "To Be Dropped" by the Company. He informs Estelle that he has been made train quartermaster for the company's next move.
