Presents a proposal for Knox to relinquish to Duer "his Right in the Pre Emption of Two million acres of land made of the State of Massachusetts of by Henry Jackson and Royal Flint..." Discusses in detail seven different features of the proposal, mostly covering financial aspects of the deal.
