Title: to Robert Livingston re: forwarding Parliamentary addresses to King
Riggs writes of the murder of a man "last sunday morneing wee found one of our men ded in the street, three men run awaye that night" and also of his enclosure of "the house of Lords and the house of Commons address to the King . . . [which] contains matters of great moment." He concludes with "I will allways tack care that all treatyes I meak shall bee for the honnor of England." Docketed on address leaf.
